The following information is displayed: device name, firmware version, MAC address, IP address about the panel.

The section GENERAL allows the configuration of the identification parameters of the 1W MILO panel within the installation.

It allows time-date configuration.

TYPE: Select the identification parameter of the panel. There are some other parameters related, depending on TYPE selection.

General entrance panel

Panel installed in one of the main entrances to a condominium.

• DEVICE NUMBER: Number assigned to the general entrance where this panel is installed (1-9000).   
  In the case that there is one entrance only, leave the default value 1.
• DEVICE TAG: Text to be shown in the monitor and guard unit.

• CONGIERGE: The number of concierges can be assigned to each concierge from 9901 to 9998, depending on the installation.

 

 

Block panel entrance

Panel installed in a single building or in a block of a condominium.

• BLOCK: Number assigned to the block where the panel has been installed (1-999). In the case of individual blocks, let the default value: 1.
• DEVICE NUMBER: Number assigned to the block entrance where this panel is installed (1-99). In the case that there is one entrance only, leave the default value. 1.
• DEVICE TAG: Text to be shown in the monitor and guard unit.

• CONGIERGE: The number of concierges can be assigned to each concierge from 9901 to 9998, depending on the installation.

 

 

1 Way panel

For a single house or apartment. It can only call to a unique apartment.

• BLOCK: Number assigned to the block where the house or apartment belongs (1-999). In the case of individual apartments or houses, leave the default value: 1.
• APARTMENT: Apartment number where this panel is installed. (0001-9899)
• DEVICE NUMBER: Number assigned to this panel (1-9). In the case that there is one panel only, leave the default value 1.
• DEVICE TAG: Text to be shown in the monitor and guard unit.

VIDEO RESOLUTION: To fit the different types of monitors. The default value 640×480 

PANEL VOLUME: Select the desired value between 1 and 5. Default option is 5 
This volume for voice synth and click tone when the audio of panel close.

[Meet panel] VOICE SYNTH general webserver

VOICE SYNTH：Enables or disables the speech when door lock is released. If the speech is disabled, no speech in the panel will sound when the lock is released.

[Meet panel] Language general webserver

LANGUAGE: Select the desired language in the dropdown options.

Default option is ENGLISH.

If select CUSTOM, the custom language will available if the custom language file be imported, the default language (selected language in FROM ) will available if no custom language file is be imported.

The panel will reboot if the custom language be imported or be deleted 

The language file include KEY, DEFAULT STRING, CUSTOM STRING and REMARK.

Do not modify KEY, DEFAULT STRING and REMARK.

The language in default string of exported language file base on selected language in FROM.

CUSTOM STRING is new description, empty or *, the default string still is available if the custom string is empty, do not display anything if the custom string is *.

REMARK prompt that some characters do not require translation.

The VOICE PROMPT file is available when the CUSTOM is be selected, otherwise the voice prompt is default.

• DATE FORMAT: Format to show the date information in the screen.
• DATE: Setting date manually (See NOTE below).
• TIME: Setting time manually (See NOTE below).
• TIME ZONE: Setting the time zone of panel. Select local time zone and save.
• DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME: Shall be enabled for DST periods and disabled for wintertime. 

If the project has no management software the installer can set date, time and time zone manually. If the project has management software, the date and time of panel will synchronizes automatically with the management software. If the panel has access to internet, the date and time of panel will also synchronize with internet time server.

NOTE: 
1.TIME ZONE is usable only when the time is automatically taken from internet or FERMAX MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE. 
2. Date and time can’t be saved after power loss, the time zone and date format can be saved.
3. The webserver will show “TOTAL: XXX RECORD(S) IMPORTED” when the language file is be imported.

 

 

If a device has an IP address already assigned to another device on the network,           
Both devices will not work properly until this issue is resolved.

DOOR RELAY TIME: Time for lock-release relay remains active (1-9s optional).Time for lock-release relay remains active (1-9s optional).

ADMIN CARD: Admin/master card ID registered to enrol additional prox cards. This option is useful when there is not MEET MAGEMENT SOFTWARE available. 

When there is no management software, enter 0000 if you do not know the ID of the admin card. The first MIFARE prox card detected by the reader will act as admin/master card. The card of the residents can be added afterwards. 

To program user cards, present the admin/master card previously created on the card reader. The panel will enter in cards program mode. All the cards presented from now on will automatically updated in the panel and may be used to open the door. 

If there are not more cards to program, after two minutes the panel will exit program mode. 

There is not possible to deregister cards programmed by this method. Use the FERMAX MEET MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE for full operational possibilities.

DISARM BY CARD：When an already programmed user card is presented to the reader, and it has been previously assigned to a monitor, the alarm system of the corresponding apartment will change to HOME mode.

ACCESS PIN: No function.

This option allows to configure 1W panel to use SIP functions, such us call divert to smartphone using the FERMAX MEET ME APP or allows the panel to operate with a third-party SIP systems or terminals using SIP protocol instead of FERMAX MEET protocol.

ENABLE SIP: Select this box to enable SIP functions.

SEARCH SIP STATUS: this button appears when enabling SIP function, shows SIP REGISTERED if the panel register successfully or SIP REGISTER FAILED if the panel register unsuccessfully.

SIP SERVER: Indicate the sip SERVER address. Format -> sip: IP_SERVER

DOMAIN: domain of the SIP server or IP address. 

STUN IP: domain of the SIP server. 

STUN PORT: Used for the configuration of Internet SIP server-based installations. It is usually port 5060. Check with your network or SIP server administrator.

TRANSPORT: UDP, TCP, TLS options. Default UDP, the No. port of UDP is 5060, the default port is 5060 if no port at the back sip:sip.fermax.com, the No. port of UDP is 5223, the No. port of TLS is 4443

SIP USER, SIP PASSWORD: Indicate the user and password that this terminal is programmed in the SIP server.

CONVERSATION, RING TIME: No function.

NOTE: When the panel is used as a sip device, use quick dial to call SIP devices or receive calling of other SIP devices, SIP function must be enabled.

APARTMET: The panel calls the resident.

NUMBER: The monitor, the call divert APP and sip device.

DELETE: Delete Apartment and number.

Quick dial is associated a monitor, guard unit or sip terminal.

QUICK DIAL: Enable or disable quick dial function.

NOTE: The quick dial work when the panel is general panel or block panel, the panel do not call concierge.

URL: If call device of MEET system, URL: sip: sip account @ IP address of MEET device, the sip account is optional. If call SIP device, URL: sip: sip account @ IP address of sip server

ONU (GPON): Enable or disable the SIP penetration firewall function.

[Meet panel] Management webserver

Use this functionality to import, export configuration file, reboot remotely  the panel, return it to factory settings, or log out webserver

CONFIGURATION FILE: Allow installers to save a backup of its configuration via export button, later apply that previously exported file via import button to the same or a different KIN panel with same version.

• The exported configuration file do not include imported picture, the language file ,directory file and sip call file.
• Press import button, the pop will appear.

• Press SKIP, the general settings from be imported configuration file, if the general settings is different with imported configuration file, modify general settings and press OK.

RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS: All the settings are restored to the factory settings. The IP address will be changed to the default IP: 10.1.1.2.

The mode of associate concierge is to disable Monitoring or NIGHT, Visitor push the pushbutton for calling in the 1W Panel, the ring back tone will be sent, countdown time in the monitor from 30s meanwhile the monitor will ring. The monitor will show video and can conversation after answer, then release lock.

The mode of associate concierge is to enable Monitoring, Visitor push the pushbutton for calling in the 1W Panel, the ring back tone will be sent, countdown time in the monitor from 15s meanwhile the monitor will ring. The monitor will show video and can conversation after answer, then release lock, the calling will transfer to concierge if the monitor doesn’t answer or doesn’t release lock.

The mode of associate concierge is DAY, Visitor push the pushbutton for calling in the 1W Panel, the ring back tone will be sent, the call will transfer to concierge.

The Concierge can transfer the call from 1W panel.

The panel will call concierge when the visitor pushes the pushbutton, the panel send special sound if the concierge with NIGHT mode or general concierge enables ONLY RECEIVE.G.E. PANESL CALLS.
The panel can call concierge with other mode.
The Concierge can transfer the call from block panel.
